Producing insulating glass units necessitates a clean and dry setting. It’s advisable to uphold a relative humidity of around 40%, and an 
enclosed room with humidity control is the most suitable choice.
As an example, you can isolate the highly humid air generated by the glass washing machine, allowing only the machine’s takeoff rolls 
to extend into the sealing area and spacer assembly room. This arrangement not only controls humidity but also shields the washer 
and glass from factory dust. Maintaining controlled temperatures in this room during hot summer months can extend working time, 
particularly when using two-part sealants, thereby reducing material waste. To further safeguard the environment, pressurize the room 
with filtered air to prevent dust and contaminants from entering.
This dedicated space should be used for spacer assembly and storing opened adsorbent containers. Always cover adsorbent when not 
in use to minimize exposure to air.
