## Description

Overview Do you have single or double-hung vertical sliding windows with loose-fitting, worn or missing slam latches? Besides adding a “new look” to your windows with a fresh set of locking hardware, these slam latching sash locks can help add peace of mind by restoring the security features on your vertical sliding windows that were manufactured by International Window Corporation (IWC). Each lock features a self-engaging, automatic latching mechanism that mounts on the checkrails (or meeting rails), of the pair of sash. These latches are constructed of diecast zinc and come in a corrosion-resistant, industry standard, white-painted finish to match other existing hardware that may already be in the home or office. Each set includes one latch, one keeper, installation fasteners and simple instructions. Installation of these slam latch sash locks is quick and easy, and it can be done with a simple handheld Phillips head screwdriver. Other design features include a 5/16 inch narrow keeper, spring-loaded latch, and 3-5/8 inch mounting hole centers.
