Our window screen frame kit comes with easy-to-follow instructions to make your own 36 inch x 36 inch window frame, or smaller custom sizes. This window screen frame kit includes 5/16 inch x 3/4 inch x 36 inch roll-formed aluminum frame material painted white, four white plastic “square-cut” plastic corners, and the vinyl spline. With the quality materials included in this construction kit, screens can easily be made with your choice of aluminum mesh, fiberglass fabric, or flexible poly film (screen fabric not included). The lineal pieces of the high-quality aluminum screen frame material are intentionally cambered (curved) outward, designed to prevent inward bowing when screen cloth is installed and stretched taut. Replacing a missing or damaged window screen can improve the appearance of your home. Do it yourself quickly, easily and economically with our window screen frame kit! Installation tip: drag your hacksaw (not included) across an old bar of soap to make cutting the aluminum to size even easier.
