## Description

Overview This multipurpose mailbox lock is constructed of diecast and comes with a nickel plated face. A security feature of this lock prevents the key from being removed when in the unlocked position. This feature prevents forgetting the key in the lock, while at the same time ensuring the mailbox is locked every time. It includes a total of 5 zinc plated steel cams, brass pins, a spring steel locking clip and 2 keys. To unlock this mailbox lock, the key must rotate 90 degrees in a counter clockwise direction. This mailbox lock replaces many original manufacturer’s locks, like those manufactured by American Device, Florence, Miami-Carey, Bommer, and Auth Electric.
