## Description

Overview S450 is a one component, non-sag, permanently flexible, neutral cure sealant. The product is engineered to deliver excellent adhesion to vinyl, glass, aluminum, wood, sheet metal, and most common building materials, without need for a primer. The product is an ideal fit for applications where there is a lack of moisture to aid the curing process. Material/Construction Meets ASTM C-920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use NT, M, G, A, O; TT-S-00230C & TT-S-001534A (COM-NBS) VOC: 3.47%, UV Resistance: Excellent, Movement: +/- 25% Hardness: (Shore A) 20 +/-25%, Peel Strength: 19 psi, Tensile Strength: 375 psi, Staining: None, Service Temperature: -40 deg. F to 450 deg. F Hazard Statement Classification: This chemical is considered hazardous by the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) Skin sensitization: Category 2 Serious eye damage/eye irritation: Category 2A Aspiration toxicity: Category 1 Emergency Overview: Signal word - Danger Hazard Statements: Causes skin irritation; Causes serious eye irritation; May be fatal if swallowed and enters airway Appearance: Varies Physical State: Paste Liquid Odor: Acetic Surface Preparation The substrate must be clean, dry, frost-free, sound, and free of any oils, greases, incompatible sealers, paints, or coatings that may interfere with adhesion. Do not apply if surface is damp or contaminated. It is recommended to test all substrates prior to applications. How to Use For best results, ensure surface is clean, dry, and free of oil and grease. Cut nozzle to desired bead size, puncture inner seal. Apply with a caulking gun, forcing sealant onto the substrate, then tool if needed. Clean excess material with mineral spirits or similar solvent. Prevention Wash face, hands and any exposed skin thoroughly after handling. Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like protective gloves, protective clothing, and Precautions IF ON SKIN: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. If skin irritates or rash occurs, get medical attention. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do; continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, get medical attention. IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a Poison Center or doctor. DO NOT induce vomiting. Storage Material is to be stored under controlled dry environment (below 75deg F). Use within 12 months from date of manufacture. For best results, keep material in tightly closed containers when not in use. Do not freeze. Included With Twist-On Nozzle
